Acceptable use and confidentiality

Chronos contains confidential information of Convergent, LLC and its clients: client names, project scope, staffing, hours and, for administrators, commercial rates.
You agree to:
- Treat everything you see in Chronos as confidential, and use it only for the engagement you are working on.
- Not export, copy, screenshot or share reports, notes or receipts outside Convergent except as your role requires and Convergent permits.
- Write notes that are professional and specific to the work (what was done, ticket or deliverable references). Do not record client personal data, credentials or sensitive personal information in notes or receipts.
- Report a suspected account compromise or a mistaken data exposure to the administrator immediately.
- Sign out on shared devices and keep your browser and device up to date.
Consultants: your confidentiality obligations under your agreement with Convergent apply to Chronos data. Access ends when your engagement ends; your history remains with Convergent.
Misuse may result in loss of access and other action under your employment or consulting agreement.
