- For employees signing in with Microsoft: the identifier of your Microsoft 365 account, used only to match you to your Chronos user.
- An audit trail of changes made by you or on your behalf.
Who can see it:
- You see your own entries and expenses.
- Project managers see hours, notes and expenses on the projects they manage.
- Convergent administrators see everything, including rates and amounts that are never shown to other users.
- Summaries and exports may be shared with the client the work was performed for, and with Convergent's accounting and payroll providers.
Chronos is hosted on Vercel with data stored in Neon (PostgreSQL) and Vercel Blob in the United States. Transactional emails (reminders, approvals, password resets) are sent from chronos.noreply@beconvergent.com. No analytics or advertising trackers are used.
Retention: records are kept for as long as Convergent needs them for contracts, invoicing, tax and legal obligations. Accounts are deactivated rather than deleted so that history remains intact. To ask about your data, contact the system administrator at Convergent.
