Chronos is an internal business system operated by Convergent, LLC ("Convergent") for recording time and expenses on client engagements. Access is provided to Convergent employees and to consultants engaged by Convergent, solely to perform work for Convergent and its clients.
By signing in you agree that:
- You will use only the account issued to you and keep your password private. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
- The hours, notes and expenses you record are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Entries are the basis for client invoicing, payroll and consultant payments.
- You will follow the schedule set by Convergent: weekly submission by the Monday noon (Eastern) cutoff, and prompt correction of any week that is returned to you.
- Convergent may review, correct, approve, return or lock any entry, and may suspend or end access at any time.
All activity in Chronos is logged with your identity and timestamp. Records are retained for Convergent's business, contractual, tax and legal purposes and are not deleted at a user's request.
Chronos is provided as is for internal use. Convergent may change these terms or the system at any time; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to your Convergent contact or to the system administrator.
